The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content) are owned by Nutrina and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service.
By uploading content (such as food photos) to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.

Premium and Pro plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you have full access to the selected plan's features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Subscriptions are billed through the platform where you made the purchase (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Refund requests are handled by the respective platform (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. Please contact the platform's support for refund inquiries.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
AI analysis usage limits are determined by your subscription plan as described above. We reserve the right to modify usage limits or plan features at any time with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, any active subscription will be cancelled and no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nutrina, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure failures, power outages, third-party service provider outages, or cyberattacks.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nutrina regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
